By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery destination is located within the physical boundaries of Singapore.
We aim for a structured delivery process to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner. Upon the placement of an order, our team requires 2 business days for the internal steps of packaging and preparing the items for transport. Once the package is handed over to our logistics partners, an additional 2 to 3 business days are typically required for the final delivery to your specified location.
Consequently, the total estimated duration from the point of purchase to arrival is between 4 to 5 business days.
To simplify the acquisition of our decor, Brovantequill utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means that the full amount for your purchase is collected directly at your doorstep by the delivery personnel.
We maintain a policy of transparency; there are no hidden fees, extra shipping costs, or additional service surcharges added during the checkout or delivery process. The price you see during your selection is the final amount you provide upon receipt of the items.
You maintain the right to cancel your request as long as the items remain within our warehouse facilities. However, once the dispatch process is finalized and the package is transferred to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.
At that stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selections thoroughly before finalizing your request to ensure the items align with your decorative vision.
We offer a 30-day window for returns, which commences on the day of delivery. This policy is specifically designed to address situations involving damaged or incorrect items.
If you discover that an item is not what you ordered or has arrived with visible defects, please contact us via contact@brovantequill.com . Upon notification, we will coordinate a pickup from your location at no cost to you. Once the item is returned to our facility, our team conducts an inspection within 24 hours to assess its condition.
Following this assessment, we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or, if the item is no longer available or the condition is beyond restoration, we will proceed with a full reimbursement. There is no restocking fees applied to these instances.
Since our operations utilize COD, we do not possess your banking information. If a refund is approved following our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank transfer details. Once we receive this information, the transfer is initiated.
It typically takes between 4 and 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, though this duration can vary based on the protocols of your specific banking provider.
